Bound to the asphalt of a long-demolished mega-mart, the Parking Lot Specter haunts the Neon Wastes in a loop of suburban purgatory. Found scavenging the neon-lit junk heaps of the Wastes, this creature has survived by sheer stubbornness and a talent for turning other people's garbage into ad hoc weaponry. Every Neon Wastes survival guide lists it under 'reasons not to set up camp near a scrapyard.' [Patch 2.1] Buffed AC and HP to reflect post-Glitch survival upgrades found in the Neon Wastes underground circuit.
