Cinder Hounds are the feral hunting packs of the Emberwild ash deserts. Their pelts are charcoal-grey with veins of dull orange that flare bright when they run full-speed. Caldera-city militias tame pups for guard duty; the wild ones hunt in packs of four to eight, running prey until it collapses from heat exhaustion.
