Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TableTop DLC (the "service"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the characters, monsters, campaigns, systems, and other content you create. By publishing content publicly, you grant other users permission to view it, and you grant us a license to host and display it as part of operating the service. You are responsible for the content you create and must have the rights to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or using it to harass others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Purchases

Merchandise purchases are processed through our payment provider. Prices and availability may change. Questions about orders, shipping, or refunds can be directed to support@tabletopdlc.com.

Premium membership

Optional premium (DLC+) subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
